I am 6'0", 155lbs, and wear roughly a 36R. I ordered a small, which looks and feels right, though not as tightly fitted as I might have preferred. There is ample room for a fleece jacket underneath if one is so inclined. The toggles do not clasp very tightly (granted, they are simply for show), and have a tendency to jostle out of place. Not a big problem, but not impressive attention to detail either.
I bought this coat in preparation for a Cleveland winter. With the length and ability to comfortably layer underneath, I believe this coat will be sufficient, though I will only know for sure in the spring.
